The HR department has developed over the years in the Netherlands. Initially, there was no HR policy or HR department. Due to demand and growth, an HR policy, an HR policy plan, an employee handbook, HR work processes, a Performance Management Cycle, HR plans/roadmaps, and a Culture Café were developed. The basic principle of the HRM policy is that it sufficiently aligns with the organization’s business objectives and adapts to the needs of the organization and its employees. The HR policy is fully embedded within the organization. The HR department has primarily focused on the Dutch entities but will continue to expand to include international entities and ensure international HR synergy. As an HR manager, you will have a dynamic role where all HR facets and activities converge, within an innovative, exclusive, and growing international organization. With an informal work culture where many employees are passionate about their work. You will be responsible for all HR facets, strategic, tactical and operational, for all entities of the AM Group: Absolute Motors, Studio Unknown, GP Products in the Netherlands, Urban UK, UBC in Slovakia and Germany. This means you will be on location in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany and Slovakia on a regular basis.

No two days are the same, and your daily tasks will vary from personnel interviews, HR advice to managers and management, HR administration, payroll changes, and developing HR plans to further future-proof the organization.

Do you recognize yourself in the following points?

• You have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as an (International) HR manager;
• HRM Training with knowledge and experience of Labor Law and Absenteeism;
• Knowledge and experience with international companies, such as UK, Germany, Slovakia;
• Knowledge and experience with HR payroll administration system Nmbrs or a similar system, Brightmine;
• Strong communication skills, organization-sensitive, accurate and decisive, HR vision;
• You master management skills: leading, coaching, motivating and guiding employees;
