The Role

As a car mechanic at Absolute Motors, you’ll be diving headfirst into the world of automotive creativity and craftsmanship. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to unleash your expertise in building body kits, installing exhaust systems, stripping cars for spraying or wrapping and performing various modifications to enhance the performance and aesthetics of exclusive cars. Not everything comes with a manual. So you possess the skills and know how to get the job done anyway. We’re not talking about ordinary maintenance here; we’re talking about creating jaw-dropping works of automotive art that catch attention on the streets and send shivers down the spines of fellow petrolheads.
No day will be the same since you are working with different brands like Ferrari, Porsche, Mercedes, Lamborghini, McLaren, Urban, Novitec, Akrapovic and so on. You will be responsible for executing projects with precision, meeting strict deadlines, and delivering exceptional results together with the Absolute Motors team.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Performing various modifications and customizations to meet client specifications.
• Collaborating and communicating with team members to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes.
• Adhering to strict deadlines and demonstrating a high level of responsibility.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Make sure your project is E2E tested before handover to sales/customer

WHAT WE WANT AS QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• A genuine petrolhead with a significant years of experience under the hood, working on exclusive, expensive, and luxury cars.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the project requirements.
• Time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines, ensuring that our projects run like a well-oiled machine
• Comfortable in front of a camera is a bonus!
